Scalable survey pricing based on survey response
The VSI Hosting & Support License is priced based on completed survey responses—so you only pay for the feedback you collect. With a one-time setup fee and volume-based discounts, this option is ideal for programs of any size looking for hands-on support. See the table below for per-response pricing based on total completions.
For example, for an organization with 200 volunteers the total license would be $1050 if 100% of the surveys are completed ($350 set up fee + 200 survey responses x $3.50). If 140 of the 200 volunteer respond (70%), the total license fee would be $840.
All hosted services include a $350 base setup fee, which covers survey configuration, platform setup, and access control. This fee ensures your survey is professionally prepared and ready for distribution—whether you're sending it directly or sharing a link. The base fee is included in the package price listed below and is required for all hosted survey projects.
