Service Description
Exclusive to site members, the Drop-In Data Story Lab is a free, interactive monthly session designed to help you refine your data storytelling skills in real time. Each 30-minute session begins with a concise, 10–15 minute lesson covering an essential concept in data storytelling, followed by an open Q&A where you can bring your current data story—whether it’s a report, presentation, or visualization—and get expert communication guidance.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled consultation will be eligible for rescheduling but are not refundable. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling. Rescheduling Requests: • You may reschedule your consultation once at no charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance. • Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Refunds & Exceptions: • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. • Exceptions for emergency cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed. By booking this consultation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
